One Hour Consultation


Typically, in 60 minutes we can tackle a topic or two and make a plan for action. While most clients start with the KPI Process, depending on your goals we may talk about retention, pricing and/or sales.


6 Hour Package


(20% savings) With this package we'll schedule 6, 1 hour sessions over the course of 1-2 months. This is best if you want to cover the entire recommended MindBody University process: everything from KPIs, Pricing, Sales, Marketing and even Budgets and Operations. In addition, we will cover quarterly goal-setting, creating of marketing plans, staff management (including policies and payroll) and sales flow documentation.


3 Hour Package


(10% savings)
The 3-session package is suited to clients wanting to dive deeper into sales, marketing, pricing, budgeting, payroll or other area.



What do we expect from you?

We expect our clients to be committed to working together in a collaborative way, to be honest about what is working for you and what isn’t, and to be respectful of our time by cancelling appointments with at least 24 hours notice, and preferably 1 week in advance. To make the best use of the time you are paying for, you should provide an agenda of topics, questions, priorities and any relevant supporting material at least 24 hours before our meeting time. We expect you to make an honest effort in implementing changes and doing homework and getting back to us with any questions that you may have in a timely manner so that we may help you stay on course. Action items we discuss are your responsibility to implement.

How often should we meet?

Typically, clients who are looking to jump start their business or have pressing needs will want to schedule 4-6 hours. After the initial session, we will connect once a week (possibly every other week) and then quarterly thereafter. Some clients only need a one-hour session to get insight on a specific topic, or to troubleshoot a pressing area such as staff management or budgeting. Ongoing meetings can be used to create and implement specific plans, assess progress, look at numbers, and answer questions. Clients often find the accountability of having an upcoming session is just what they need to make changes in their business.  In addition, clients may desire work on KPI's and follow up research to be completed by us, and that time will be billed according to our hourly rate.

Technical Support

Although we have an understanding of the MINDBODY software system, it is not the best use of our time or your money to cover technical questions that you could get answered for free by MINDBODY.

How will we meet?

Most meetings take place over the phone. We will contact you at the number that you provide to us on your WorkItOut Consulting Client Intake Form. We can Skype or use Zoom Meetings for international calls or if we need to use video. You will book your appointment online through MindBody and you will receive a reminder one day before our meeting.

You can expect honest and professional consultation based on the metrics that are set forth in the Mindbody reports.  While we are committed to a solid and organized business analysis, we encourage creativity and ingenuity so that you can create a business model that meets your objectives.  Our focus is 100% on helping you and your business.  We have a combined 46 years of insight and experiences in the fitness and wellness industry. We will listen and provide consultation in accordance with our proven success model.  We expect you to speak up if you feel that our recommendations are not in line with your business model.  We will maintain notes on all our conversations together and send you homework & follow up details after every call.

Confidentiality of Information

The Client agrees to furnish the Consultant information relating to the affairs of the Client for purposes of evaluation, consulting, or related analysis. The Consultant agrees to review, examine, inspect, or obtain such information only for the purposes intended and to otherwise hold such information confidential pursuant to the terms of this agreement. The Client will furnish to the Consultant certain confidential information as required and may further allow the Consultant to inspect the business of the Client, and the Consultant agrees that all confidential or proprietary information shall not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to any third party. It is understood that the Consultant shall have no obligation with respect to any information known by the Consultant or generally known within the industry prior to the date of this agreement, or becomes common knowledge within the industry thereafter. The Client is ultimately responsible for using his/her best judgement in determining whether the Consultant's recommendations are applicable to Client’s business. Consultant does not make any guarantees as a result of services provided to Client. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WorkItOut Consulting, its Consultant(s), officers, employees and anyone working on its behalf from all damages, liabilities or costs arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of services provided by WorkItOut Consulting.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. We charge a $20 cancellation fee for less than 24-hours notice and up to 6 hours notice. Cancellations within 5 hours or less notice or or not calling and not showing up for sessions will be subject charged the full price. You may cancel via e-mail, or by phone.
