Keep Calm and Love Your Clients - Client Appreciation


So you offer an amazing product or service, but how do you thank your clients for their continued commitment to your studio? Consider hosting an open house or membership party acknowledging their loyalty and hard work toward better health and wellness. Offer prizes and giveaways at the open house as well. Ask your members to be part of the studio by giving them the opportunity to be Studio Ambassadors. Ambassadors get free gear and discounts in exchange for introducing new students to the studio and showing them around. You can also give away guest passes to the studio, movie passes to the local theater, or gift cards to local businesses (#shoplocal). Give incentives to your clients encouraging them to bring their friends (we all know that working out is better together!) so they can spread their love for the studio. We know our businesses are so much more than just a place to get fit. We believe that our studios change lives in so many positive ways and it only makes sense to reward the our clients for their continued loyalty.
